season 3

Happy birthday to us!

Happy New Year. Welcome to 2026.

This month, Renewed Wealth Therapy turns three years old, and I want to pause and say thank you. Thank you for reading, for responding, for trusting me enough to let me walk alongside you on your financial journey. I do not take that lightly.

Over the last nine years working in personal finance, what has stayed consistent is this: money stress is rarely just about money. It is also about pressure, identity, responsibility, and carrying things quietly for far too long. Many of us know what we “should” do, but still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin again.

This year, we are doing something different.

Season 3 at Renewed Wealth Therapy is about addressing what feels heavy without shame and without starting over. It is about building awareness first, then creating simple systems that support real life. No perfection. No avoidance. No struggling in silence.

To support that, I have been rebuilding behind the scenes. I have been creating clearer systems, a stronger community rhythm, and a new workbook that reflects how I actually work with clients. Not as a budgeting tool, but as a way to see patterns, connect values to decisions, and plan forward with intention.

This workbook will be available soon, and I will be sharing more about it in the coming days. For now, I want to invite you into the community spaces that support this work.
